Important Notes
- Only one free replacement within the warranty period is provided for Compressor, Motor, Motor for Cooker Hood, Heating Element / Tank for Water Heater, PCB Control Board, and PCB Control Board for Fully-auto Washing Machine.

Warranty does not cover:
- Gas refill and labour charges for compressor
- Accessories, wear and tear of parts, body works, breakable parts, filters, remote controls and antennas
- Cosmetic damage, dents, scratches, rust, discoloration, or physical damage caused by external factors
Exchange & Repair Policy
- Product exchange is only allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided it is due to a manufacturing defect confirmed by Pensonic (B) Sdn Bhd and is returned in its original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
- After 7 days, the product will only be eligible for repair under the warranty terms.
After Sales Service Terms
- Receipt or purchase invoice is essential for warranty claims.
- The company or its authorized dealers reserve the right to decline warranty claims if the original purchase invoice or receipt is not presented.
- Your product warranty applies to new products purchased for domestic use and from all authorized retailers and distributors in Brunei Darussalam only.
- Warranty covers only manufacturing defects arising from normal usage within the warranty period. The company or its authorized service agents will, at its discretion and without charge, repair or replace the defective components or parts of the product. Any parts replaced under this warranty shall become the property of Pensonic Sales & Service Sdn Bhd.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, fair wear and tear, acts of nature, attack of household pests, wrong voltage, improper electrical installation, generator usage, or if tampered with in any attempt to self-repair or by unauthorized service personnel.
- Appliances requiring service should be brought to Pensonic Brunei Customer Service Centre or its authorized dealers. On-site repairs are provided only for Large Home Appliances such as Washing Machines, Dryers, Water Heaters, Freezers, Refrigerators, Built-in Appliances, Cooker Hoods and Air-conditioners.
- Pensonic (B) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to determine whether the appliance is used for commercial or semi-commercial purposes and to revise or reduce the applicable warranty coverage accordingly.

Pensonic (B) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to suspend dealer collection, exchange, delivery, credit facilities, or dealer-assisted warranty handling for dealers with overdue accounts, dishonoured cheques, payment disputes, or account suspension.
Eligible end-user warranty claims may still be processed directly through Pensonic Brunei Customer Service Centre subject to inspection and approval.
- Customers are advised to ensure products submitted through dealers are properly documented and acknowledged. Pensonic (B) Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for issues arising before products are officially acknowledged and received by Pensonic Brunei Customer Service Centre.
