Eligibility for Exchange

Products may be eligible for exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase if a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our service team.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Be free from physical damage, misuse, modification, or signs of improper installation
  • Be presented together with a valid proof of purchase
  • Pass inspection by our service team

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service team or visit our service centre.
  2. Provide your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
  3. Our service team will inspect and assess the product.
  4. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and the exchange requirements are met, we will arrange a replacement of the same model or an equivalent alternative, subject to stock availability.

Warranty Service

After the 7-day exchange period, any product issues covered under warranty will be handled through our warranty service and repair process.
