Returns & Exchanges
All goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. Products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase if a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our service team.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must:
- Be returned within 7 days of purchase
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Be free from physical damage, misuse, or modification
- Pass inspection by our service team
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and the product meets our exchange requirements, we will arrange a replacement of the same model or an equivalent alternative, subject to stock availability.
No. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
